I do not own 2k12 and will most likely buy the combo 2k13 pack but it seems like everyone hates 2k13.

If your gonna get NBA anyway mine as well get the pack if you like MLB as well and don't have a PS3. I've owned every 2k sports game since Dreamcast and before that World Series baseball.

I love 2K though so I pretty biased.

If you don't already have 2K12 or NBA 2K13, I'd say buy it. Otherwise wait til it drops under $30.

Not everyone hates the game, most people probably feel like it's underwhelming.

If you think you are going to play it a lot, then by all means. But if you want to get NBA2k, you might as well get the combo because you'd be saving a lot of money.

Ummm Yes I would if you are in the mood to play a good baseball playing game. It's entertaining that's for sure. It's the best 2k has put out in a long long time as far as baseball goes.

I don't think people "hate" MLB 2K13. People are just saying that for a $60 Xbox 360 product in 2013 it's a terrible value. Doesn't mean it isn't fun or entertaining. Tetris is a great game, but, if 2k released a no-frills $60 version of it on Xbox, it probably wouldn't get good reviews either.

If I were you I'd just buy MLB 2K12 used.
