Lack of changes made for ESPN MLB

Am I the only one who is glad that this game didn't go through an overhaul? I hear people complaining about how this game didn't "change" enough, and therefore they are not going to get it (or at least aren't as interested).

WSB2k3 was the best baseball game I've ever played, and I've played plenty. I think the game was great and didn't need any major changes. I'm glad they're sticking with the same game and just adding new features.

Hell, I'd probably be happy if they released last year's game with updated rosters and player scaling (well, probably not, but you get my point).

Am I the only person who thinks this way?

I buy a baseball game every year so I like the updated rosters and stuff. I hope they make improvements in espn baseball well if they don't I might go with MVP.

So you're saying that you liked the bad fielding (especially at thirdbase), the horrible lob throws from the outfield and the bad swing animation?

I dunno I think there were too many little things that aren't good enough. The swinging animation, the flight of the pitch amoung the rest.

As I said a couple of months ago, ESPN Baseball was a great videogame, but MVP Baseball was great Baseball.
