How does the game play and is the player editing hard or easy?

It's fairly easy. I have 2k11 on ps2 and find it pretty fun and an escape from games being too real, or trying to be. I have hit a lot of homers with Craig Counsell and George Cattaras. Who are they?... exactly. One thing that sucks is the inability to use edited rosters with franchise and gm modes. I found this out after a lot of editing. They do work in Season Mode though. It may be different with other versions, but I can only speak of this one. -

Yea I just want a game that plays pretty well and I can edit the players.
