No CPU subbing for tired players in franchise?

It appears 2k13 hasn't added any logic for the AI to sub for tired players in franchise when you actually play a game....... has anyone experienced anything different?

If I super sim or sim a game, they use their back up players, but when i play an actual game, it's always the AI's starting 8, no matter what.........

This series has never had intelligent sub logic, whether it be for bench players starting, or late inning sub situations. I fiddled around with all that with MLB 2K8: I lowered fielding ratings for many players, otherwise the CPU would only take offensive numbers into consideration when making lineup decisions. Only then would the CPU make late-innings defensive subs. So you could say the sub logic programming is in the game; the problem is the jacked player ratings override the sub logic in a lot of instances. That's probably why the CPU won't sub in bench players for tired starters as well. The NFL 2K series had a slider to determine how often backups would sub in on plays, something the MLB 2K series could have used.
