I finally started my franchise today, controlling all 30 teams. I play on the PC and the rosters that kmwest ported over to PC work great. Schedule is just fine, too.

I've been doing all the MLB transactions off of MLB.com (is there a better site for this?) for each day of my franchise thus far (six days worth.) It's a lot of work, especially if guys are picked up off of waivers or whatever since you have to release them and then sign them to new contracts--unless there is another way of doing this?
Plus, then you have to adjust pitching staffs and lineups and such. It's a pain but if you want more "accurate" rosters than the CPU would give you . . . .

I have noticed some pitching staffs had starters listed as long relievers and then being used in long relief, thus totally messing with starts so I had to adjust that accordingly.

Having fun, though my team is only 2-4 thus far.

These are for xbox 360. That is why you didn't see them on PC. I do believe someone converts them. Go through the 2k12 roster thread, there is someone who converts. Can't think of the tag. If I can find it I will.

That's odd, I could swear I got told that if I got an X360 roster I could just drop it into the PC version and it'd work.

Time to go get the converted one and go do my season

Any info from the guys doing a franchise? I'm pretty sure the anticipation attribute would not be at 25 for the players that are drafted, so is there a quick fix?

I picked up the Reditor for this purpose alone. Just do d the global edit to players at the beginning of every season.

Ha. I have the reditor and have made a few practice franchises to test editing before doing it to my normal franchise and apparently I don't know how to use it either. I keep getting corrupt franchise files. hahah. For a computer science teacher......I can't use it either ...........yet

Question: None of the results from the 2012 season are reflected though right?

Meaning we are playing out the 2013 season in the yr 2012, so the Giants are not the current champs. Is this correct?

Please check for me, I am still playing 2K12, but if this has past champs accounted for then I will scrap my current chise which is still in July of 2012 (was trying to play all 162) in favor of the 2013 rosters.

Not having the 2012 year accounted for would kind of ruin this for me.
