I played yesterday's (7-12-15) Nats (cpu) at Orioles (me) game. I lost 5-1. (used my personal slider set).

Scherzer went the distance, throwing 112 pitches for the complete game. He held me to 6 hits, striking out 11 of my batters. Adam Jones got a solo-HR for me, and a single with a stolen base. He was pretty much it, although I did get a triple from Schoop.

Chen pitched well for me until the 4th inning. I gave up a solo-HR to Harper, a pitch that was WAY HIGH in the zone, but he absolutely crushed it. I had an error, followed by a single down the line - runners on the corners. Dan Uggla, who was in the DH spot, crushed a pitch over the left-center wall for a 3 run blast. 4-0 Nats. They would add another double and single in the inning. 5-0 before my Jones HR.

Chen ended up going 5 2/3 - giving up 9 hits and 5 K's. Tommy Hunter and Brad Brach finished out a perfect / hitless relief tandem, each striking out 2 batters apiece.

Taylor (WAS) had 2 steals in the game, both in the first inning when he singled and stole both bases, but was left stranded when Harper popped out to second. Parmelee (BAL) drew 2 walks for me.

Good stuff, and I love this game so much I don't mind losing when it plays out so realistically!

Those replays look as good as anything out there and the players move and throw athletically.

I played yesterday's ATL (cpu) at COL (me). I won the game 1-0. Couldn't believe that a matchup of Alex Wood and Chad Bettis would have been a pitcher's duel. I gave up only 3 hits, and I got 4.

I loaded the bases in the 3rd inning with nobody out. But only scored one run. But it held up.

Axford came in for the save for me. Nothing really stood out, except that Kelly Johnson had 2 doubles against me, but never scored (both were leadoff doubles).

And a number of guys thought my slider set was near unplayable...
