Yeah, Sosa's stance sucks in this game. Last year, I changed his stance to Deshields'... never looked back. It was THAT much better. Hopefully Deshields has the same stance this year on this game.

I didn't like how they didn't change US Cellular Field too much, BESIDES the name change. They still have the ugly green batter's eye, which IMO is the main problem in the stadium. I believe it's black in real life? Can someone let me know on that?

Game looks solid. Maybe it does have a lot of last year in it, but last year was solid aswell. I'm sure most of it was improved off-field, as FP said.

I liked yesterday's POTD better, but probably just because there was more of it.

Wow! This game looks ugly for sure. Player's heads are tilted strangely for sure. And the swing animation is still abyssmal. Atmosphere is dead...especially after a homefield homerun. How did they screw that up? Crowd is silent while the guy rounds the bases!!! Saw a couple homeruns...may not be a big deal, but could it be the game is homer happy? We'll see when it comes out.

I swear, the cut scenes are great in this game...it's the actual play animations that leave something to be desired. My guess is if you liiked the game last year, you'll enjoy this version. If you did not like it last year or were on the fence, this version will do nothing to sway you.

They have some c§€`ing up to do next year for sure...

The game doesn't even have the changes to the cell that happened before the 2003 season. The scoreboard isn't blue anymore and there's a fan deck in centerfield! As a person who uses the white sox in franchise mode that's awful having to look at.

I want to like this game but I really can't get into it. The stat tracking, presentation and confidence meters are great.

But the cutscenes annoy me. I don't think it should cut into a guy catching the ball. It makes it seem automatic that he's going to catch it. Why does it cut to first base when throwing out a runner? The ball that was hit deep lacked excitement when they cut to the CF standing right under the ball.

I like the fact that the CF lost the ball and looked around for it.
