PS2 version lacks:

1) Self-shadowing
2) Bit mapping
3) Anti-aliasing
4) Framerate (about 5-10 FPS worse)
5) Total high resoultion
6) Progressive Scan
7) Online play not as smooth

HOWEVER, with the PS2 version being delayed so much, maybe some of these bugs won't be in the game.
