    two ways to avoid this problem........

    1. Set "Auto Round Base" to OFF
    2. use the X button to "advance all runners.
    "The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few, or the one"

      The problem I run into is I'll push X and down to advance the runner from 3rd home then I'll keep hittig x to make sure he goes which causes the other runners from all the other bases to go too, I guess one push is enough.

            I have done this.. What you are doing is this:

            You keep on hitting the X button but have let go on the stick. Therefore, you are telling ALL runners to advance. Took me a few games, but I have the hang of baserunning now.
