How close have you come to a no hitter and do you still like this gam

I'm still loving this game, great gameplay and incredible AI .(it's a crime how they screwed up so many faces , it would really suc if I was a Pirate or Indian Fan , players with goatees who are clean shaving and visa verse. At the very least they could have did the Starters and above average players correct. That and the bodies are the only things we cant fix . Whether a player weights 300 or 140 he doesnt change in size ?
There should be sliders in all games like ESPN Baseball !!!
Has anyone pitched a no hitter and with who ? I had Buehrle go 8 1/3 against Tampa bay before giving up a hit I then left him in too long but still won 4-1 .
He finished with 101/82, 2 hits 2 walks and 12 ks . Good stats !!!!!! (realistic).
I didnt think about it intil the 7th inning then it got hairy a lot of pressure , thats what I love about this game , always surprised and they even tried bunting for a hits to break up the no hitter. On the first hit I just missed my spot and it cost me I knew it when it left his fingers !!!!!!!!
The commentary was also right on before ,during and after losing the no hitter .
I'm a graphic freak, but with this great of a game I can look past it(stadiums are perfect and the players dont look like ants like ASB ). I think it's that good !!!
Alls they need next year is a small player overhaul like ESPN Hockey (great faces best ever), Swings , Pitches and realistic Homerun Celebrations and a more reactive crowd at times .

The thing about graphics, with me at least, is that I only really notice them the first 5 or 6 times I play the game after buying it. After that, as long as the graphics are servicable then I don't even hardly notice. And in my opinion, ESPN's graphics are far more than servicable. The gameplay is what I do notice every single time I pick up the game to play it, and ESPN's gameplay is far and away the best, of course that's only my opinion.

I've never even come close to a no-hitter since I play with the Red's. I freaking love this game!

I threw a 1 hitter with Russ Ortiz his 4th start of the season. Thats as close as I've ever come to throwing a no-hitter.

Closesest to a No hitter ??? - 2 hitter(perez,meadows,boyd,guthrie) online with the Pirates in a 1-0 LOSS to the red sox. Unfortunately one of the hits was a mediocre fastball that Brian Meadows left out over the plate and that Trot Nixon deposited over the right centerfield fence. Broke my 7 game win streak.

I managed a 2 hitter with Kerry Wood against the Pirates. That was my best so far.

Against the CPU, I think my lowest hit total was 3 or 4. I have been seriously shut down by some of the AI pitching.
