Anyone playing GM mode using all random players?

I have this game out on rental, and noticed that GM mode allows you to use random players..

This actually seems like it could be a lot of fun, primarily because you have to re-familiarize yourself with players, and don't have pre-conceived ideas and knowledge about a particular player..

Has anyone played the GM mode with this option enabled? If yes, how is it?

Hey Grondar. I haven't personally tried this, but it could be fun. The only negative would be the announcers calling every player by his number. It could get old.

Yea, I came across that already.. I played the first game and they didn't say last names at all, which was kind of annoying.

That being said, the GM mode seems pretty neat, but I think I may end up doing it with real rosters...

Do you play the games in GM mode, or generally sim them?

I think it's 30 years Franchise mode is unlimited

Hey pal, I actually haven't even tried GM. I'm doing a straight-up franchise with the Braves. I thought I heard you couldn't play the CPU's games in GM, so I opted for regular, because my wife likes to play with the Indians on occasion. For my chise I'm doing a realistic thing where I go full season, and make all the moves that happen in real life. I may do a second dynasty though with a different team that's GM with created players. Could be a nice change of pace.
