You can actually do it during the franchise and mid game I believe.

Yes you can do it mid franchise.

Sully - By raising it aren't you noticing tons of offline throws in the IF that pulls the 1B off the bag? I had it at 50 and I was making 4-5 infield errors a game so I dropped it down to 44.
