Just wanted to get a few opinions on this option prior to starting my franchise, do you think randomize potential should be on or off in the franchise setup, I'm not really sure which one would be the one that would be more realistic for my franchise.

Interesting point. I could see reasons for either way but I started my franchise with it off. -
