    Bunting Problems

I am loving ESPN...but I have to ask if the bunting issue is troubling folks as much as it is me. I have YET to see the CPU successfuly make contact when attempting to bunt with someone on base. It isn't just the pitcher, but anytime anyone makes a bunt attempt with someone on base it is an automatic 2 strike advantage for me.

I keep hoping for the video experience that plays that game "perfect." ESPN is darn close. Anyone else seen this issue?

                Re: Bunting Problems

I've seen the CPU bunt a few times. Mostly for base hits and not in a sacrafice situation.

Human bunting is another thing. Since you have the true aim system playing into the equation, SEGA made bunting much harder. You have to use the analog stick in conjunction with the bunt button. However, unlike other games, if the pitched ball is outside of the strike zone, you won't make contact.

It's difficult, but I've been able to bunt for basehits and sacrafices a lot.

And also to bunt well in this game your player has to have a good bunt rating

Has anyone ever seen the CPU pitcher lay down a successful sac?
