I play my franchise on All-Star difficulty with Fast pitch speed. I've made a lot of slider changes as well. I've had the same settings for the last month of the season, and it provides very realistic games. The only thing that lacks is that I don't strike out much, but if I switch to Legend difficulty, then I strike out far too much and it's very tough to get hits.
I think that every player will enjoy different settings. I'd say I'm an average player, so this works for me. Really good players would probably find my settings too easy, new/poor players would find them too tough. -
