I know there's a roster / player edit thread right here on these forums. You can also try ESPNVideogames.com. They have a message board and I know they have a thread going on for rosters and player edits as well.

I've asked on other boards a couple of times and nobody seems to have one. I remember last year I found a real good one, I generally like to create my own, but I like to compare them to other peoples. However if somebody knows the player rating formulas I won't even need one. Maybe I'll start my own cap website....
