MLB 2K13 Player Rating, Signatures Help

Hey guys so I just got MLB 2K13 in a trade today. I finally have moved past 2K11 haha. So anyway, I know some players in the game won't be there like I believe Puig won't be there or Tanaka, Jose Abreu. And I'm not the greatest at determining ratings and all that. So all I'm asking help for is if anyone has rookies or players not in the game with pretty accurate info and stuff can you please post it bellow I'm trying to get my rosters updated and being able to play as realistic as possible

Yeah none of these players are in game so if you have a formula for them please feel free to help me out
