I'm not too impressed with the screens but then again I like High Heat baseball and that games graphics are weak. Gameplay is most important. If that is a behind the pitcher view that's a great addition.

Don't worry BD... siam isn't worth our time. The ASB Police have beaten him down like Rodney King too many times to count, so now we will just let him go about his business like a crazy man standing on a box in Times Square shouting jibberish at passers by.
Just remind him to take his meds, get lots of sleep, and to keep his blood sugar level at a reasonable rate. Put down the Krispy Kreme, siam... you know how all that sugar makes you act.Comment

guru, wow long time no talk. Your still playing ASB after all this time? I gave ASB another run like 3 months ago but after 10 games I was scoring like 13-15 runs by the 5th inning every game.
Bdoughty : is OS gonna have 'ASB PRODUCER' on again in chat next year to preview ASB2004? IF so, can I bring a Lie detector?
Hey there Ralphie boy!Comment

I apprecaite when guys like ASB producer and Fatpitcher answer questions, but you have to take anything said with a grain of salt since they are working for a company trying to sell a product.
You know like that golf guy you have running around SR
Just be glad you have them taking the time to be part of the chats and answering questions. I dont remember ASB producer lying about anything (but I did not attend all the chats)? I just think with ASB 2003 some people were expecting the 2nd coming when it arrived.
But for the record he does show to have signed up with one post from a couple months back.

Re: will there be more camera views??? I want to see flight of the ball
Please Siam dont get me all started again....I left this behind early in the season. Show me a game that has more realism than ASB and I'll gladly buy that game and shaddup. No other game on the market boldly explores areas of our national past time as well as ASB 2003 does. Is it perfect, certainly by no means my chewy little freak noodle but it takes strides in the game that none other has yet attempted.
Hopefully they can iron out the bugs and bring this bad boy back better then ever. High Heat my friend is so overrated it's sad. Its got a cult following of worshippers that make it's bark more fearsome than it's bite.Comment

well to get back to talkin about the quality of the game, I for one am demanding (or i wont purchase the game, bc i only play franchise mode) that the schedule change every year. got very tiring playing with my yanks and always knowing i'm gonnaplay the giants and backs in the same series, on the same day, every single year. please have a random schedule for every season."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
