Usually when there is a drop in price for video games, it's because they're either trying to increase market demand or because it's obvious the previous price wasn't a good match for the product. I'm thinking that there are still some issues with Major League Baseball 2K5, that weren't fixed.

If you don't get MVP this year, than you'll never be getting it again.....unless EA releases their own system?

hmmm, if thats the case then does that mean MVP hasn't fixed any of the bugs in that game and believe me there were plenty more than in espn.

No EA has said that all bugs have been fixed. (lefty hr's, CPU stealing, CPU warming up pitchers, animations, player progression, etc.)

Its now back up to 39.99 @ gamestop.com. I called Game Stop.com and a represenative told me I would get it for the 19.99 pre-ordered price

Well really we don't know the price. Currently Take-Two has said that they will not comment on it at this time. For those that pre-ordered at $19.99, good for you, however keep in mind that others still have a chance to get it at $19.99 if they keep fluctuating price. Nothing is official until Take-Two says so.
