It says the Cubs payroll is 65 million. In real life its a shade over 100 mil. Did any of the games have real salaries last year. Also this may account for some salaries that are off. It said Wood has a 1/yr 4.8 million dollar deal and Maddux 3yrs 12 million. Wood just signed a new deal for about 9 mil a year and Maddux signed a 3yr 21 million dollar deal last year. I dont know if this is wrong or bad, just saying.

I like the tag team homerun derby! Thats a nice twist to a generally boring feature in a baseball game!

That's odd. I think we were talking about the Pirates payroll not that long ago and how it was accurate in this game (36 MIL or somewhere around there). I'm not sure why the Cubs payroll is so low? Even Sosa was in RF in the screens...

Whats up Joeboo. Ya I remember that. Dont know what to think. Was it accurate last year. I know MVP had the weird point system where the Yankess had the highest payroll at over 5000 points lol. Didnt play 2k4 though. Hopefully it is fixed otherwise what good is real money figures.

maybe all players have smaller contracts in tis game. Meaning A-Rod may only be making about 12 million a year or something like that. They probably have a proportion to make it right.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Also if you go and look at the screens the ps2 version looks really bad.
