                What's up poster! I don't think the payrolls were accurate last year.

                After re-reading the article, I think this might be something with the GM mode. His exact quote was "These goals included making a profit, meeting a spending limit of just over $65 million for the season...".

                So my guess (and it's very much a guess) is that maybe his owner was telling him to get the payroll down?

                    Actually, if you know, Gamespot for some reason produces HORRIBLE screenshots. I mean, just look at any other game that has Gamespot-exclusive shots. Look at the PS2 training videos at 2K Sports, they aren't that bad.

                        Why did they have to screw around with the awesome presentation and how much has it been toned down? This exclusive espn/ea deal should not effect this years crop of games and this is sad that we even have to suffer this year....

                                PS2 isnt doing real time lighting,normal mapping,self shadowing,etc...those elements make a big diffrence with graphics.
