I went to gamestop and they at first didn't think I knew what I was talking about but then he looked up there site and said the obvious. ("hey its supposed to come out today, but it wont be in until tommorow because it is just shipping today") But I pre-ordered it and he said that they should get there copies tommorow at noon.

In Phoenix, Gamestop told me tomorrow. 3 different EB's told me Thursday.

On a side note, I called 2 Gamestops, and one told me tomorrow. However, the other one hadn't heard of it so he looked in the computer for it. He said all he saw was MVP 2005, and MLB 2006. He then went on to explain that ESPN wasn't MAKING a baseball game this year. I told him they were, only they changed the name to 2k Sports/MLB 2k5 but he still insisted that no, they simply were not putting out a game this year. I went on to tell him I know what I'm talking about, and that for months I've been looking at screenshots and gameplay videos for this non-existent game and then he said: "Look, I work at a video game store. I do this for LIVING. You DON'T know what you're talking about. I happen to know for a fact that they are not making a baseball game this year. You are talking about MLB 2006 for PS2." He wouldn't let up about it, and continued making a fool of himself and I told him to check OS, check IGN, check freakin' Google, and he told me he had no way to browse the web on the in-store computer. I got sick of him and hung up. What a fool.

I had a similar problem but i told the guy u r getting confused with MLB06.i'm looking for "Major league baseball2k5".Then after about 5 minutes he finds it and says it will be out tomorrow

Best Buy doesn't seem to have it in their computers. No ESPN MLB 2K5, not MLB 2K5, not 2K Sports Presents MLB 2K5. I don't see it on their website, either. So, uh...this is confusing.

alot of places that i called are getting confused with MLB 2006, and MLB 2k5. when ESPN was dropped from the title all hell has broken loose

I was wondering if anyone from the Chicago area knew about 2K5 being put out at any location as of yet
