    Guessing Pitch Location

How do you guess the pitch location? Do you hit X then move the left stick or left stick then X. Or can you guess the pitch type? I also see the R tigger button up underneath the pitch types when you are batting. What is this? The manuals do not explain this. Please help.

you move your thumbstick then hit the "x" button

Ignore the "R Trigger thing"....it's just there as if you were playing 2-player..

    anything else?

yes, what does it do if you get the cursor around the ball for guessing? UP your power or contact?

Also in slamzone twice now I got the meter up to full, once with tejada once with sosa and I hit b when it said to swing but both of them got robbed at the wall. I thought if I got the meter all the way up it would go a lot further then that?

EDIT: Oh also another question. When in true aim mode, does swinging outside and inside effect your hitting? In the manual with john miller he just says its either up or down not inside or outside when hiting with the ball.

        Thanks for the help.

getting the cursor around the ball should have you enter slam zone...if slam zone is off you should get a reward of better contact, plus you're made aware of where the pitch will be, which should help your chances.

I don't know the extent of inside/outside i know it effects it some, although i know the timing of your swing is a large factor as well...possibly much larger a factor than inside/outside other than hitting the pitch at all...
