    Breaking Records.

First I have to say this game is leaps and bounds over last years..and last years IMO stunk worse 5 day old pair of Cecil Fielders tidy whiteys lol.

Just for fun I took to new look Mets into GM Career mode. First game I had Pedro on the mound. Going into the 8th inning he had 16 strikeouts. No I wasnt playing on rookie level, and yes Pedro is that good (cuz next game with Glavine I had like 7k's and he gave up two dingers).. anyways..back to the story. Im going into the 8th inning and Pedro has 16 strikeouts. The commentators said "and here comes Pedro back on the mound, he is only 4 strikeouts away from the record!" I freaked out. I thought that was so cool that when you are about to approach a milestone or on pace to break a record it talks about it in the commentary.

What i dont like about the commentary though is that it seems like the audio quality (the quality of the audio recorded) is a little quite or dry. I like what they say but even with the volume for it turned all the way up its still not as loud as id like it to be.

Overall im having a good time with this game. I give it an 8.8 out of 10. I have MVP as well but I havent popped it in yet. That will be tonight while my g/f is at her Pampered Chef party ... can you say FREEEEEEDOM!!!!! LOL!

Nice btw i'm sure you can turn down the volume for the other sound affects. This in turn will make the commentary stand out more.

Oh I also have to add that if you hit over 70 HR in a season with one person in the game, you will own the record because Bond's records are not listed. They have McGwire as the home run record holder with 70 HR.
