If in every game the CPU pitcher breaks the record for wild pitches in an inning and a game, there is no way you can say that the gameplay is more realistic than last year.

If you think that the lack of realism makes the gameplay better, have fun!

Better though I hated last years ESPN.

        Re: MLB2k5 vs Mvp

I like both games quite a bit. There are some things I don't like about both games and several things that I do like.

        GOOD MVP

-Animations are sweet (and there are a lot of them). Best in the business.
-Throwing meter. I love the throwing meter for the fielders.
        -Baserunning is great in MVP.
        -Stadiums look very nice.
        -Mini-games are fun.
-Very deep game. Minors, mini-games and dynastys are terrific.

        BAD MVP

-I'm not too crazy about the hitting. I find it a little too easy.
-Graphics aren't bad, but I think they could be a lot better. The players look tiny out in the field.
        -Presentation is kind of lame.

        GOOD MLB 2K5

        -Presentation is grand!
-Player models are the best in the business. Some animations are great and some are crappy.
        -K-Zone pitching is very nice.
-Hitting is fun. I think it's tougher than MVP.

        BAD MLB 2K5

        -Passed ball bug sucks.
-Some bugs in the camera angles.
-Screw ups occasionally in presentation. Announcing wrong batter at the plate.
-Fielding is not as fluid as MVP.

After just a little over a week of play, I'd have to say MVP is better. But MLB isn't the crap that some people have claimed.

IMO Kush isn't far off. If they work out some kinks and add some depth this game could be better than MVP.

And actually I was referencing to the wrong person.
