In game 2 of my franchise I pitched a complete game and before the final out my pitchers stanina was almost completely empty. Then after the game, without even simulating to my next game, I checked his health by going to pitching rotation and then pressing Y,,and all my pitchers had full health. I even started him for my next game and his stamina bar was full. So it appears that we can use our number one starter for every game in franchise mode.
