Why don't my pitchers stamina go down in franchise mode?

I can start the same pitcher every game and his stamina is completely full. But if you simulate a game, then the starter will need days off to recover. So does anyone know why pitchers only need rest when you simulate games but not when you play them? I hope someone knows a way to fix this.

So much for strategy. Why bother with spot starters when you can just start your ace every game. Why bother taking pitches trying to wear out the other teams bullpen for the next game in the series when their bullpen gets full stamina after the game. Why bother giving your position players days off to rest when you can just start them for all 162 games at full health. Who needs a bench, the only reason to have a bench in this pathetic game is when you want a pinch hitter or runner. I will never play franchise mode and I will buy another baseball game because of this.

I don't believe that is true. I can't remember because I haven't played in a few days. But that shouldn't be the case.

Yeah my starters in gm career are ready to play on no days rest but i just start each game with the next starter who is put into the lineup automatically to have proper rotation from the starters.

Fatigue IS poorly done in this game. In the playoffs I can run a starter to exhaustion, then come back with the same guy in game 2 for 3-5 innings.

Fatigue is DEFINITELY something they need to work on.
