    This sort of draws from another thread, but I've been playing with all the sliders set to 50, going off someone's guess that THAT was actually the default setting where player play according to their ratings. It really seemed to help on the fielding front. I saw balls going past pitchers, one bounced off his leg, and fielders' range was a little more realistic.
