Is there any risk/reward if you guess right or wrong

I don't know if there's a penalty for guessing wrong (other than having to make huge corrections when the ball comes in), but there are big rewards for guessing right. Get it close and the location will be given away (though you can't move the cursor). Guess the exact location and you've got Slamzone, even though there is no meat pitch. (if it's turned on).

You know what i knew that there was a reward my bad but was wondering if there was a less chance of making contact when you guess wrong

Nope, there's nothing bad that can happen from it...just make sure to use your analog stick to swing whereever the ball really goes.

I can't wait until they change the online settings (and I sure hope they do) so ranked games have slam zone OFF...it's a terrible feature.

Maybe I'm missing something. I'd heard about the guess pitch feature before buying this game, but I just got it and don't see anything about it in-game. How do you use the guess-pitch feature in the game? I have it for XBox

Move the left analog stick to where you think the pitcher will throw it and then hit X.

Make sure to turn the Batter's Eye/Feedback on so you can see where you are aiming. This is for the True Aim batting.
