I don't know if this is a glitch but i think it is...

Can someone back me up on this?

I was playing the game, and there were 2 outs. The count was 3-2 and 2 on(1B & 3B). So i gave up the walk for the batter, but the CPU sent the runners to 2B and to Home, so my Catcher caught the ball and i tagged the runner coming from 3B to score and he was out and i got out of the inning.

Shouldn't the runner at 3B coming toi score go back to 3B, and the runner at 1B go to 2B and it's a dead ball? The ball was live and i could continue the play. It was weird.
I have never seen this on real life baseball, so i am wondering if this is a glitch.

If you are saying that there was a man on 1st and a man on 3rd, then the man going to second is entitled to 2nd base (because he is forced to go there), but I believe the man going home is out because he did not have to go home and was not forced home as a result of the walk. I belive the game is right. Well, that's one less bug we have to deal with.

Its only a dead ball if the bases were loaded. The guy at third is not forced home from the walk so he is "at play". The reason you don't see this play is because the manager would get killed for trying an attempt to steal home on that play.

This may be a glitch. Do you mean the runners started with the pitch? If so, that could signal that the CPU starts all runners on a 3-2 count with 2 outs, rather than only those runners for whom starting with the pitch could bring no negative results (runners, as explained, forced to advance on a walk).

Also, regardless, it's not a dead ball. Even if the bases were loaded and the runner automatically came home on a walk, it's not technically a dead ball, because the other runners can continue running, unlike on a dead ball. It's just that the runner on third would be entitled to come home freely in such a situation. This is a minor point, though.
Quit making your stupid YouTube videos and start playing the game.

Technically, the ball is always live. However, those that are forced to the next base are entitled to it, whether the defense makes an attempt to get them out or not.
