If you are a bad cook, DON'T boil your game!

Well, I was so excited to go boil my game for 15 minutes in a shallow pot of boiling water. After getting the water to a boil, I plopped in the dvd label down and went back to surfing the Internet, making a mental note "to check it in 15 minutes". About an hour later, I smelled something throughout the house and "thought, what is that smell?". Suddenly it dawned on me. I went to check the game dvd, and sure enough the damn thing was NOT ONLY BOILED, it was disintegrated. I mean, completely warped and chipped around the edges. You could see the layers of the dvd separating. Now, we have NO game.

Is this post a joke? If so then HA! HA! HA! If not then, Your supposed to boil them for about 15 seconds with the label up. Don't intend to be mean but it's plastic what did you expect to happen in boiling water for 15min?
I've never had to boil a game only OXM demo discs.

Shows you what I know about physics. I thought it was 15 minutes. And I thought that I read that it should be label down, since you wouldn't want to scrape the data side on the bottom of a pine that might have knicks in it. The game was the 2K5 college hoops game, I meant to post it in that forum. Oh well, maybe when we buy the game again it won't have so many freezes.

Darwin didnt want you to play that game
I creating Ryan Langarhans and put him in the braves roster, but not only my entire braves roster changed but other teams roster changed too. Why is that. Now if the braves or other teams trade or sign players, there will be no point for chsnging it. If u don't have online like me, u be sad too.

He didn't want you posting here, either. That's why "Bee" comes after "A".

Supposedly if you boil a disk, cd, whatever it removes the dead layers. I'm not sure for how long but thats what it does supposedly. If I find a link I'll post it.
