I agree, let's confirm this somehow. I know of one guy who tried and hit the wall and we all kind of went with that story. Let's confirm this and at how many transactions to help Chris out.

There are a couple rosters currently on 2k share that have the top 100 prospects all named

I looked online and didnt really see any with all 100 named. I found one with the top 50 that was downloaded a lot. Could you tell me thename of any that you saw that had 100?

I see that the highest rated roster is a 3. Encouraging that the ratings are inflated, discouraged that there arent even and good starter rosters yet. Eh, still early.

My bad, i guess I downloaded the top 50 prospects one. It's ok, nothing special. But the guy definitely put his work in so I'll give him props. I wonder if 50 is the limit or if he just decided to do top 50.

I don't really look at ratings of rosters. I play NBA2k9 and I NEVER rated rosters before. I use one of the most downloaded rosters and its only rated like a 2 or a 3. I think it's because no one really takes the time to rate so don't put too much stock into that.

Anyone looking for proof of the roster limit, please look at my thread in regards to my official fake player name thread. It exists. And it pisses me off a whole ton. I fail to grasp the reasoning of having 2Kshare, but not letting people develop these rosters.

It certainly doesn't make much sense to add the 2kshare but then limit the amount of roster changes you can make, unless they are just thinking we wanted it for changing what teams players are on, but they had to know most people would want real prospects in the game.

On the official 2KSports forums, there is an official thread that the developers are asking for complaints to be reported on. They invite everyone to make some noise about the biggest issues and the editing thing is already a major thing, but more always helps.

Might as well complaint to the right people anyway. Head over there and lets make sure they know that the community in numbers demands this. Just be polite about it. Dont insult, just make your point.

I just want to clarify that the editing limit is not the only thing preventing me from doing rosters. The inability to change player positions and other things would prevent me from making rosters as accurate as I have done in the past. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to rosters and I cannot create a good enough one with what 2K has given me to work with this year. Unless they patch the game to allow full-editing like in years past, I won't be doing them this year.

I DON'T BLAME YOU! They put out a child's game this year with MLB 2K9. It's just not fair & I hope people don't spend $60 on this game. I bought the game & if these issues aren't fixed with patches then mine goes back for something else. I also have MLB 09 The Show for PS3 & it's a solid baseball game. Thanks! :wink:

Like he said, what good does this do for not being able to edit enough players? He's already stated(like me) that he's an avid roster guy & there's no need to produce a roster with these kind of limits. 2K Sports should be ashamed to have these problems in the game. Thanks!

If you created all minor league players instead of editing them will you still be faced with the editing limit
