I noticed that pitcher Horacio Ramirez was in the minors for the Cubs but he's now out of baseball and is a coach for the Braves.

UPDATE: I haven't put out a new file yet because the changes are happening rapidly. Next file will be the "Official Opening Day" roster that will have everything ready. Depending on how busy I am, and my access to the TV - I will have the file out Sunday evening or Monday afternoon. I have a tax appt. on Monday morning, so I've got a lot going on right now. But I will take care of you offline guys. For those with Xbox Live, I've been posting a lot of files there (which is much easier for me to post them). Thanks!

Looking over the Cubs minor league rosters some more and have these items to relay.

AA Tennessee LR Carlos Gutierrez released.

To replace those roster spots I'd recommend creating 2B Gioskar Amaya ,MR Marcus Hatley, and SP CJ Edwards. Edwards is a top prospect, Amaya is a younger prospect, and Hatley is a AAA guy who might see some MLB action this season. I shared a Google Docs link with you via PM with a bunch of CAPs and they are both in there. I took the info from scouting reports. It's up to you if you want to add them but releasing the guys who aren't with the team puts Tennessee below the roster minimum.

As always, feel free to use any of those CAPs as you see fit in this file.

Sorry, Herky... I don't always get on here long when I log in, so I'm kinda bad at checking my private messages.

I created Schlitter (CHC) and Hollands (PHI) today. Still working on the file. I will not be creating any secondary (non-essential) players right now as this file has taken a LONG time to get updated. But everything is on par for a release either Sunday or Monday (I PROMISE). Teams are still making moves, though a handful have their rosters set. I believe Sunday at 2 pm EST is the deadline for submission.

The schedule is built into the roster save. It's a 2013 schedule. When you play franchise mode the schedule goes haywire for 2014. If you want a 2014 schedule, buy The Show for the other system.

NOTE: Some teams do not have a full complement of starting pitchers - LR has to be put in the starting pitching staff. Also, Duensing (MIN) will be on Paternity Leave List allowing Tonkin the Opening Day roster spot. I'll make adjustments as players come off the Disabled List or as transactions occur. But it's always cool to have the Official Opening Day Roster file to play with.

Have you noticed a problem with some of the created player pitchers? David Phelps, for example, will have the background of all of his pitches turn red in less than an inning. It seems like the counter is not being reset on them. This causes him to be completely unusable because the red pitches get destroyed (gave up 7 runs in 2/3 of an inning against the indians!)

This is a known issue even when using 2k's official roster, not sure if anyone actually ever figured out what's going on there.
