i think it's only fair since we have NO MLB GAME for xbox one.....

OFF-TOPIC, but...

This is why I don't understand why EA insists on trying to wedge their way into the NBA business.
They recently revealed they are not going to release NBA Live '17 until Q1 of 2017, instead focusing on a mobile NBA game in the Fall.
Clearly they realize that 2K has destroyed them in the market.

So why not use those resources to reboot the MVP series, instead?
MVP '05 sold 2.5M copies, including 1.5 on the PS2 alone. That's triple the volume of what SCEA was moving on the PS3 and PS4.

Being the only MLB game on the XB1 would probably get you 1M copies easy.

I wonder if EA is still bitter with MLB because they went exclusive and chose 2K over them.
I know baseball isn't as popular as the NBA, but it's still a 10B industry and there are millions of baseball gamers out there.
Seems like a slam-dunk to me (pun intended).

that is a GREAT point, money.....i had wondered that as well. they would have NO mlb competition on XB1 and can try to make their game somewhat different than the show on PS4-new modes, historic teams, etc. (maybe add the world baseball classic mode and teams, that would be cool.) the XB1 sales alone maybe could keep it alive and well. throw in the towel on live, already.

so i just bought mlb 2k13 i want the new rsters how to i get the rosters to my xbox 360? i use a usb drive to trasfer them over? is there a video how to show this? sorry im new to this

Put your profile and roster file on usb, dl horizon... run horizon you might have to turn off you pop up blocker and open up horizon and drag ur file to the horizon screen and it will open swith the# of your profile and system and save n rehash then pull it and it should work. Good luck thier is a video on the first page i believe

I was just wondering I only have MLB 2k11 and I wanted to get some more up to dat rosters and have never done anything like this. I see that MLB2K13 has newer rosters can I use those for 11 would it be the same. And also again I am new so sorry how to I go about getting the rosters

Thank you so much I did read post 99 and that was a great help the only question not answered was. I do see that these particular rosters were made for MLB2k13 , the thing is I only have MLB2k11 will those same rosters work ? Again sorry for the questions

No, it doesn't work that way. Rosters will only work for the game they were edited for.

the good news is you should be able to find a used copy of 2k13 for around 40 bucks.....well worth it, if you ask me.

I don't wanna rush anybody and I want to thank everybody who's been working on this roster and kept them free, this is awesome stuff! I would like to know if there is a roster update coming soon and when we can expect it! Thanks again

I might do another update, but it will most likely be updating transactions from the last roster.

Unfortunately, no. None that I've found, anyway.
I had to use my work computer to get this to work.

Out of kindness and the years of effort that has been done on this site, I'd politely ask that you start a new thread and post them for free. Don't ask for people to PM you (because I have with the NHL files - and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing you). You said before they'd always be free. Just simplify it and put your updates in a new thread - and keep them free. Thanks.
