I use stick.
On an aside. I am playing with attributes just for kicks since I am not ready to start a season yet. I just made a global that made fielding even smoother than already is. I had a 2 quirky plays but the rest was silk.
I'm going to record a game now and post the video in a bit. May be a bust but I think I found something else. Not that these need to be added but I like messing with attributes almost as much as playing it.Comment

Not sure. But I'm not a fan for pay for these rosters as the hours invested from way way back were from MK and JMC. Also, if my edits are in any rosters being charged for I was not informed.
I hope that this roster project stays the course and not go any other routes. If anyone charges for these I sure hope they compensate those involved in creating them over the years or start from an official 2k roster from 2k13 and edit their own rosters, add their own attributes, etc.

I bought a PS4 last year and MLB the show 15. Horrible. Wish I could say I enjoyed it but I never got past trying to get the controls right, it took forever and never felt right. Plus there were 100 different options, so it just never worked out for me. I much prefer MLB 2k and the XBOX.
That said, I have zero idea how I would download a roster update. Are you guys saying you have new rosters that I could somehow load into my 360?! How do I figure out how to do that??Comment

Too old and slow for the stick use buttons with Pitch Speed at 90. Challenging enough for me.
My kid grabbed my copy of 12 so I cannot confirm whether 12 has the issue where the CPU player will hold the ball on the cutoff and not throw home to gun down your runner coming in from 3rd. I don't take the base but can someone confirm if this bug was in 12 for me? Thanks.Comment

I should also note if you are using the button for hitting it is MUCH easier than using the stick. You will probably have a couple games where you will need to tune down human power and contact.
I ended up going with the Indians. They were the first team I was on MVP 05 and I haven't used them since 2005. I was thinking of the Phillies, a team I never used, but I do hitting mostly and whenever I use an NL team my bullpen management becomes a mess because I supersim so much.
I decided this is the franchise I am going with and never looking back as long as Xbox, or PC, doesn't give me a real baseball game. I have a feeling the next baseball game I buy will be for the Playstation 5.
On the rosters. One thing I note is the relatively small peak window for some players, well all of them. Has anyone tinkered with opening up the peak years for players to see how their stats accumulate? I am curious to see if there are any hitters who really turn it up after 32 or so like they used to back in the steroid era.Comment

I am asking this - or maybe more to the point, I'm emphatically stating this:
These rosters are NOT to be sold...ever...by anyone. If someone new is stepping in to help, they are doing so with the intent that these rosters began with: they are to be used for enjoyment, and that whatever work is put into them over the years has been a labor of love for this community here...
If one cannot help do so without payment, then leave the process to others who will do so for free... We are not a large group here, but we have become good friends as we've watched this project unfold. No money necessary for anyone involved...STEELERS INDIANS CELTICS

To clarify on the rosters on my personal site, they are different from these, however the difference is that i have them more updated from the file here as well as more created players and what not never the less the only reason theres a difference is because im am awaiting jmcs edits and then when i get his file i am adding the differences and added things to that as me and jmc are a team the rosters are supposed to mimic each other and b the same file the only reason mine are different is that jmc has been tied up which isnt an issue but instead of getting too far behind on my changes and testing ive added my contributions to the file until i get his and will add them all in, me and jmc had an agreement that these rosters will always be available for free here but the only way i was going to team is if i were to b able to post them to my website as well as mk stated i do sell rosters there but i promised i would not do it here. I haved stayed true to my agreement and will continue to do soo, sorry for any misunderstandings if anyone else has any questions on the ones on goatrosters.com message me personally thankxFollow or message me on twitter and Facebook @Goatrosters!

I'm in the same boat.
I've resorted to using my work computer (Win7) in order to transfer the files.
I don't believe there's a MAC version (even though on Horizon's site there's an option to choose MAC. Unfortunately, it's just the WIN version.

Used my office laptop and have the latest rosters.
I'm not sure I can voice my appreciation well enough in text form, but I will try.
Thank-you to everyone for keeping this game alive. We are a small group of 2K faithful, but our love for this game continues to grow thanks to those contributing to updated rosters.
