On an aside. I am playing with attributes just for kicks since I am not ready to start a season yet. I just made a global that made fielding even smoother than already is. I had a 2 quirky plays but the rest was silk.

I'm going to record a game now and post the video in a bit. May be a bust but I think I found something else. Not that these need to be added but I like messing with attributes almost as much as playing it.

Still testing this. At one global they are very smooth and we do get some different animations but sometimes the outfielders just won't turn to catch the ball. It is funny.

Then I try a different value just up about 8 points and it seems to be exactly as normal not really different. Going to try up 2 points from my original test. See what we get.

i'm looking for one that would be from the end of the 2013 season. probably like the last living roster update that 2k would have done.

does anyone keep those or can point me in the direction of where i can find one?

Downloaded these guys. They look pretty solid, definitely some moves the end of the 2015 rosters didn't capture.

Who do you guys think is the hardest team to build on these? I got a few games into the Indians franchise and I was spanking the ball all over. I want a bit of a challenge. I'm thinking the Phillies and Padres are pretty god awful.

One note is I like to pick 1 pitcher to pitch everyone of his games with. So a team with a young, good prospect at pitcher would be good too.

The stadium also cannot be awful.

I'd love to start up something here like we used to do. It was called the Superheated Thread......It was a typo that stuck, but it was a list of regular season games every day and we tried to get the community to choose a game and play it. Then report some simple results.

Or we should try to do a weekly highlights if you have game cap, maybe a player of the week, pitchers of week, move of the week. Something.

We are a very dedicated group here and been around for a long time. Would love to see us do something to showcase the amazing work done on this game.

We're on our own island here. No new Xbox baseball games. So let's make our own fun.

Let's be creative. What else can we do as a community as a group of passionate sports fans that worked together to make a kickass game.

EDIT: I went with the Marlins. The Phillies had no one on their team that looked like any fun. At least I can jack dingers with Stanton and play in that absurd stadium.

I honestly dont kno whats going on, i got a message from jmc saying he might release one more release then hes done so im assuming me and him arnt a team anymore, awaiting a reaponse from the message i sent him on if hes still sending me his edits over to combine our efforts....when i hear anything ill let everyone kno either way i will continue to post updates throughout the season, the file could be better though with me and jmc together but well see what happens

the way he does his edits allows him to work simultaneously as you do. so you keep working - he keeps working. and then you can get him your file, and he can plug his edits in using his computer/laptop. there's not a problem here - it's how he and i always did things. it's when they are COMBINED that things need to get communicated. so don't read anything into this.

This time it was going to be different because I am slightly under the weather right now and I did not want to make the same changes over again. I kept omega412930 fully aware of the changes made to roster file so when I sent him the roster he could take over from there. But because of the concerns that have come up recently I decided to post the roster myself sometime next month instead. If omega412930 or someone else wants to keep the file updated for free here at OS then that would be for the best.

Let me clarify again theres no confusion the file will ALWAYS be free here as ive stated numerous times so let whatever confusion there is on thelat go away, why there was ever confusion on that to begin with is beyond me as ive never posted it on this site for money nor advertised any type of payment for this or anything on here so that shouldnt be a confusion, never the less jmc is going to post one more file then we are going to split off. Im going to stay updated on this game throughout the season, if he decides to as well he will have his updates here.

We're all cool - we just want to make sure. It is a fact you charge for your other rosters - we just want to be sure guys can get them here for free. We don't want that to be a burden on you, so if you felt you couldn't provide them free of charge, it would be best to opt out. We appreciate you doing this. Maybe later at some point I'll jump back in...but I can't make any promises. It's been nearly 4 months since our son's death - been a very hard and lonely time for me, even surrounded by people. I just don't have much heart to do things other than my work and plugging my life into my family. But given time - who knows. So thanks...
