I use reditor but i dont have the keys unlocked so i cant do everything and if i could get ahold of vlad id get them so i could do jerseys in ****. It comes with a pdf to explain whats what so just read and dabble and i thank you for the interest in helping appreciate it!

This goes out to JMC and MK and all the contributors, I just wanted to point out a few roster problems with the Nationals. You guys can change it, or leave it to nerds like me to change it on my own we have the newest file, but....
Treinen (who is now with the A's) throws his fastball/sinker upwards of 99 MPH..
E. Romero throws 100 consistently...
Ryan Zimmerman and Daniel Murphy I feel like their contact and power should be up some

One other thing I noticed was Rasiel Igelsias (Reds) throws 100-102 MPH consistently and has a hard slider.. the game has him as a middle relief pitcher who tops out at 92.
Just little things I noticed but can change on my own. Thanks guys!!

Hello -

For player ratings, are you able to grab the ratings from daddy-leagues and input them into the game with an editor using Excel sheets? This way you can do all hitters and pitchers pretty quickly and accurately.

If i could do that i wouldnt need to ask for help lol, daddy leagues to my knowledge doesnt do all that but also the two have different styles of ratings to get OVR so you kinda have to manipulate them to get a certain OVR.

What i would like is if you guys would scope the teams with some * players after this update and get me names of prospects you might want to add to those teams so we can eliminate fake players and use whats left for real players in the future.

I want to have all real players by seasons end so the FA pool will just have all legit players and this game is gonna be 4-5* quality!

JMC is trouble shooting atm so just chill and when hes ready we will all have it. My intensions are to go in and up date it to this years stats afterwards and get all real players in it for the spring call ups update. That way the post season/final update will flow right into next year and we will only have to create add and remove players and this will be deeper then MLB the show lmao!

what editor is being used with mlb 2k13? i'm just curious. I've used the nhl view program, is it similar to that?

Does this roster remove players that were originally in the game such as Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera???

Technically yes you can in the editor but you also dont want to edit over them personally. If you contact vlad and get all the keys you can add to the file which is your best bet in addition. Just relax the new roster will be out sooner than later and its not like the one out now is terrible just has no corresponding trades or call ups. Go back on the transactions list on mlb and do the moves yourself. Dont need to creat anyone who isnt called up to the show.

I am bit of a novice when it comes to editing rosters so this may be an easy thing to do. If someone is on the DL in the current or future rosters (like Kershaw) and I want to bring them back to the Dodgers roster how do I do that?

Also is there a simple way to edit player ratings myself? Or even edit what pitches a guy throws? Like if a guy has a slider when it should be a curveball how do I change that? Or if I think Judge should have 95 power instead of 85. Is there a way to do that in game? Thanks!

Yes you can easily edit in game for ratings and pitches, but if you want a sinker over 94 the creators program doesnt account for this so they use a 2fb 95+. But in the editor program you can adjust any pitch speed for guys who throw over said speed for certain pitches.

Also idt Jmc is doing the injuries, he usually just puts them down in the A Club ao if you do franchise mode they naturally bring up the best players anyways. For play now though hes not woth the club and should be down in the minors/injured
