Try that one. You can search through the threads on a browser, just change the date of all threads shown at the bottom. It will pull all of them up.

I'm pretty sure everyone was using Reditor.

Thanks. That's what I figured but didn't want to mention it & then someone that's not involved helping with the roster pop in & say it was another program. Do you know of a direct link to downloading Reditor from here?

Editing question for those out there. . .Aaron Judge's name over the PA system in game says Aaron Aaron. I've noticed trying to create another player, when I put in the first name it sticks. But when I enter a last name, it changes to the first name of the player. . .hence the Aaron Aaron occurrence. Anybody have any knowledge of this issue or what the cause is?

I could care less about the PA announcing his name as such. But, I am wondering if there is some kind of issue with created players.

Somehow this may tie into the few certain pitchers that have the pitch tendency problem.

To all:

I have fixed the pitch tendency problem with James Paxton through the editor! The tendency system is working perfect. I can throw 60+% fastballs and the fastball doesn't turn yellow or red.

Short explanation. . .I took a free agent player copied and pasted Paxtons line in the editor into that player, and vice versa for the other player. And it worked!

So if anyone else knows of any other pitchers that have this issue, it can be resolved.

If anyone wants to give a set of sliders a shot, I have been getting wonderful games with my recent set. The main difference in my set is the pitch speed. I have left it at default legend 80.

What I feel this does is give the game a more organic feel to it. I am getting ground balls through the infield, soft line drives for singles and the defense has played very well.

With the pitch speed at 100, what I noticed mostly is the fact that every ball put in play was a rocket seemingly. I no longer see the blistering line drives that a 3rd baseman catches on the run.

My other difference from most sets is the fact that I play with the classic swing. I feel this gives a good representation of the hitters ability to put the ball in play.

Pitching still feels difficult, yet I will admit, not as difficult as mkharsh's set! I give up plenty of homeruns, and I am striking out what feels like the right amount of batters.

@jmc, mkharsh, justblaze, shogun, or any other roster editor. . .have any of you had any contact with the creator of Reditor? Or, have you purchased the paid version?

Also, when creating a player, what is the best way to go about doing that? Creating the player in game? Or through the editor?

The create a player function is messed up a bit I think. When it goes to the screen and asks to enter name, it shows LAST for both first and last names. This is tied to the Aaron Judge thing I mentioned before I'd bet.

Can you post an updated offline file with this fix & anymore players that are suggested for this fix? That would be great if you can do that. If you get anymore request then fix those 1st & then you can post the offline file if you don't care. Thanks.

I'll see what I can do. I haven't posted a file in quite some time. Not sure if I know how.
