Now these are not mine some guy buy the name of Joneseo7 posted them. I know they look really bad but I have played now 20 games with them and they work really great. I am getting good stats.

They are flaming him pretty bad over there but I tell ya these are not that bad. So I thought I would share them. But I know someone will come along and start flaming away. Some people just cant help themselves. LOL

The pitch count is not that bad. But I will be honest I really dont care about it. As long as I get a good game of baseball and my pitchers go at least 6 , 7 innings then I am ok. And that is what I get.

Hey just so everyone here knows, this is actually from some dude with like 7 alter-ego's over at the 2k forum who does nothing but post "solutions" that don't work and stir up a lot of trouble. If these sliders work for you, great, but generally the feedback from "real" people has been pretty poor. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

Well I dont know the guy and like I said they are not my sliders. But I did make some small adjustmenst to them. But I am not one to judge anything till I try them myself. That is what I did and I got to say they work pretty damn good. Now I have posted on this board enough that people know who I am and that I am not a trouble maker. I would not waste my time or anybody elses time if these sliders did not work good and thought they would be worth sharing.

But you see part of the problems is that the real people you are talking about have not tried the sliders and just bash the hell out of the guy who came up with them because you dont like what he has to say. They have only based there desicions on what they think they know and not by the game play itself. Now I am not saying anybody got to like or hate these sliders. I know not all sliders work for all people. But before you make a desicion and post a comment. At least try them out frist. It is so bad you guys over at 2k5fourms think I am one of the alter egos of this dude and I am not.

Yeah, there's no real reason to post bogus sliders. I'm looking for some to start a dynasty, so I think I'll give these a shot.

Alright, I apologize for being wrong. Keep in mind though, this Joneso etc. guy has posted several "solutions" that have been tried and proven to not work. For example, putting injuries to 100 to make them stick and turning on Auto Minors Mgmt to make sure all your minor league players get stats (I've tried them both myself). If these sliders work for you, great. I (and many others) have simply learned the hard way that Joneso cannot be trusted. I was trying to do people a favor here to avoid the debacle we've experienced at 2ksports.com. If I was out of line, I apologize, my intention was never to "bash" a person or put anyone down.

I hope they work for ya. But if not at least you tried them frist. I found that a little tweaking here and there went along ways. We all dont play the same nor do we all look for the same things.

Hey I understand. But a debacle come one. They are sliders you try them for 5 games in ex mode and if you dont like them you go back to your old sliders. Or even tweak them like I did. No harm no foul. But I now have played 62 games with these sliders and they are working for me. Now as for the fixes you talk about I dont know about them. Pluse I was just posting the sliders not the fixes. I am sorry if this guy thought that he had fixes but they did not work. but that does not mean his sliders are bad. Bashing him is not the answer. Just ignore him that is the better way to go.

I on the other hand can admit when I am wrong. Maybe Joneso needs to learn that too.

Man, you have no idea what’s happening over at 2K Sports. People are not “bashing the hell out of the guy”. He and his friends are EA trolls who visit the boards every couple of days or so. He’s had several unbelievably offensive posts deleted by the mods. And now they’re posting on the NFL 2K forums about how great NCAA and Madden is, and all that stuff that gets football people riled up as well.

Then you show up there and start calling people trolls, and bashing the people who are simply DEFENDING themselves. That takes gall, brother, and that’s all I’ll say.

Concerning the sliders: Batter Contact @ 80 is T-ball. That pretty much says it all to me, although there are a ton of other things wrong with those sliders. But it’s so ridiculously easy to hit the ball in 2K5, that Batter Contact above 25 is basically a joke. I play with it @ 15, and lower it to 12 for night games.
