I think it is a problem with changing or saving the sliders in game. Every year there is a weird glitch involved when you change the sliders in the middle of a game. One year it would finish the game but not count it in your record or something(2k5 i think it was, I can't remember the exact glitch). I think you have to play with whatever you have the settings on for the entire game sadly. I just finished 2 games without changing the settings and they stayed the same afterwards, and I shut the console off after both games and turned it back on and they stayed the same.

i find it hilarious that in the instructions it says you can save settings but you really cant..yay for proof reading

I don't see this problem at all.

Are you sure you guys hit the A button after changing settings? Even if you change screens, you need to save beforehand.

Guys you have to create the sliders 1st. Then save them. After you save them, you then load them, this could be before or after you load your rosters. After you have loaded both your Rosters & your Sliders, you then begin your franchise. Once your @ your Home Team Page go to setting where you can see your difficulty. You should be able to see your saved Slider Setting ready to be used.

If for some reason, the settings are not there. Go to the Save section, I believe in the save section, there's an option to load. If so you see the LOAD option, you then can load the Sliders from there.

I don't have the game yet, but I believe this is the way I did it last year

^^^The only time I've personally have had a problem is when I change them in the middle of the game. Even if I just view them and make no changes and the hit B or A to exit out it changes. Other then that they stay the same in Exhibition or in Franchise.

Man I thought I was crazy when I noticed my sliders were all missing when I loaded it up yesterday!

Now I"m fearing when I load it up today as I spend a long time last night tweaking. They better friggin' be there!

I have changed my sliders, then, when leaving screen it auto saves. Never had to redo anything.

The only way the sliders get saved is under your VIP correct? Well I just started the game and it loaded up my VIP and when I went to go look at the sliders on the AI portion, they were all different. You have to be kidding. Why aren't they saved correctly?

It's a 2k thing..the same thing happend to me in basketball i had to start a season and do the changes there....cuz for some reason if i did it from the main menu and thought i saved it never did

At least Brinkman is good with fixing stuff... it'll take some time, but I'm sure will get a (non-roster related) update around the beginning of the regular season or so.
