I have edited everything as it was getting a little to easy for me to win, so I have altered slight details to make the game slightly more difficult, enjoy:

Ai Effectiveness MOD = 95 (makes you pitch a little more carfully)
The reason I put the AI hitting higher and skill higher is because it evens out good pitching with good hitting. If you mess up and leave something over the plate - you will be punished by a screaming gapper or a home run. I think these even things out very well. If you keep your pitcher in for too long and he gets tired, his effectivness will go down and the computer goes on a run late. I was often on the edge of my seat hoping my reliever would get people out with the controller rumbling and everything.
AI Pitching Options
AI Corner = 65(I left this @ 65 because it got too predictable when they were hitting the corners @ 70)
AI Change Speed = 70
AI Throw Strike Overall = 45
AI Throw Strike Ahead = 40
AI Throw Strike Behind = 65
AI Fatigue = 35 (If they aren't getting subbed out when they are hit hard, try 40)
AI Pickoff = 30
AI Pitchout = 50
AI Meat Pitch = 20 (I like it @ 25 because I like seeing home run trots)
These pitching sliders allows the AI pitcher to work the count if you are patient, and if not...he will keep throwing outside the zone and get your unpatient *** back in the dugout

Alright, so that is V 1.1. I've played about 30 games with my sliders and i've lost maybe around 5-7. And as of late it got a little easy for me so I have altered somethings for my own sake. So, as you grow old of my old sliders you might want to try these for a little bit more of a challenge.
