    Throwing out runners with Catcher......

I am having some difficulty even getting close with a catcher throw attempting to stop a would be base stealer. Like many of our slider providers have suggested, I have my catcher's throw speed set to zero "0" but that just does'nt seem to cut the mustard as modt of throws arrive to the fielder waaaaaay late.

Anybody else experiencing this with the cather's throw speed set so low ??? During a few games last night, I even bumped this up to 20 and then 30 but the throws still arrive to late, not realistic compared to real life. I know my timing is okay as far as getting the throw off after the ball hits the catcher's mitt. I am cornfused, please help !!!

i have my catcher throw speed at 0 and have thrown out some cpu runners and some have been safe, same for me as well, maybe try adjusting the steal successful slider down for the cpu until you start throwing some out, also depends of coarse on who the catcher is and the runner.

ps: i looked and right now i have my steal success at 55 and cpu at 45, i also only have cpu steal 2nd at like 25-30 cause i was finding to many slow runners trying to steal on me.

Okay thanks sask3m, I'll have top check out my other settings for this or maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

By the way, when making any throw on the field, can you charge up (put more effort) your throws by holding the base button down longer, kind of like the MVP throwing mechanic ??

i'm still not sure about the charging up your throw, i know last yr. you would throw harder if you kept pressing down on the button instead of just tapping it, now i always just press and hold because i'm used to doing it that way.
