    baserunning speed

Baserunning speed obviously needs to be boosted. On ground balls baserunners are thrown out by like 15 feet on plays that should be close.

Now there is a slider for human base running speed, but what about CPU ? I want to jack up human , but its not fair if oyu cant jack up CPU as well.

Anyone have any insight? Does the CPU base running speed always mirror that of the human ???

    Re: baserunning speed

There is also a IF throwspeed if you haven't tried that already.

I personally think the baserunning is fine, on those plays where your runner was out by at least 15 feet, it more than likely was a sharp hit liner that got scooped up quickly. I thought I was seeing things as well with the speed but the speed of the ball after being hit has alot to do with it. I've gotten successful drag bunts and regular bunts and I've also beat out a few infield singles due to a bad throw.

I have messed with the arm strengths. Perhaps I will lower them even further.

IDK. I mean even on the most routine of grounball outs in a real game the base runner is never more than a few steps away from the bag. In this game most times the base runner isnt even in the picture yet. There have been many double plays and diving plays that the runner should have been safe IMO in my games.

I have base speed at 100 and it's realistic. Had Juane Pierre actually get a infield hit on me.

Does this translate to the CPU as well ? I want to keep it fair for both sides.
