power influence slider question...

my title mentions the wrong slider so my questions is:

does the power swing slider only affect anything if ur using the swing stick? or does that affect the power u get when hitting up on the L stick in classic swing?

i think its just for the swing stick but can't say for sure, i don't even use the L stick with classic batting anymore cause then you get just the right amount of hrs. and you know you've timed it just right when you do hit one out.

What are your power settings at if your not using Up on the L stick ever to get realistic hr's? I use the L stick for pure power hitters like J. Giambi types and maybe one out of 4 at bats for guys like AROD, Matsui, Posada etc...Jeter has hit all his (6) hrs for me by NOT using the L stick so it does work well, just curious what your power is at.

well i always seem to be changing mine, but i ususlly have contact on 30-40 and power on 0, then sometimes i've trying out contact and power both at 0 and batter influence at 75-100 still haven't really settled on anything yet, lol, i don't hit a lot of hrs but then again my timing isn't usually that great, i'm thinking though that if timing is good hrs will come with the right hitters.
