Does anyone know what the step influence was at for all star?? I dont want to go back and look and then have to re-adjust my sliders all over again. Just wondernig if anyone knows off hand.

a semi-related question...
Moving the step influence slider to the right makes it harder to hit right? cause you need to time your swing better?
Just wondering cause I'm using JT30's sliders with contact at 15, power at 0 and still getting too many hits.. wondering if adjusting the step influence to the right would make hitting more difficult. -

I am using someone's "realistic" sliders with it at 100 and cannot hit to save my life...Through three games, I have managed nine hits and two runs(solo shots). The step influence can be crucial to making a realistic batting approach...The key is to find at which point is the best point to start your swing...I always found that when the pitcher's lead leg is at its highest point, you should start your "trigger"...for some reason, with it at this level, the hitter is always late...so, i tried to start as the leg kick is beginning, and the hitter was waiting on pitches...i recommend adjusting the step influence, but keep it within boundaries, cuz at 100, most will find it frustrating...Go Blue!!!Comment

read my thread about the foul balls...
i just found out that with this on 100 and user contact at 100(this one i would say it varies as the user skil) the game plays more realistic and it also increases the number of foul balls by the user....
this slider made wonders for me!---------------
