    Bellz666 - 2k7 Post-Patch Sliders (X360)

These are the sliders I use on All-Star. I created them myself with a lot of tweaking post patch. They aren't perfect yet, but so far they do give a very accurate and sim game style.

I like a very hard challlenge, so I use the Royals as my season team, with accurate rosters. So far when I play a good team like the Red Sox, I have to pitch very well and be extremely selective at the plate, and against a bad team like Tampa Bay I can afford to not be as "perfect".

It's tough to gauge the CPU offense, as one click of the AI Skill is the difference between getting tagged for 11 runs or throwing a two-hitter. The best thing 2K could do is change the slider from increments of 5 to increments of 1.

With these, I average about 4-5 runs a game. I have normal HR totals and strike out an average of 5 batters a game. Remember, against different teams there are different results. The Red Sox are damn tough to K, whereas the D-Rays swing through some bad pitches. I'm getting very realistic results.

    Anyhow, here they are:

I'm finding a very tight, realistic game. Of course, I need to make a few more tweaks. 2K really needs increments of one versus increments of five. If you have any suggestions, please post them.

Tried your sliders tonight, only played one game, but went smoothly. I will play a few more and report back.

Hey I played a game on these earlier, and it played pretty well. Two things though, Millwood pitched 7 2/3 perfect innings for me, but eventually gave up a run on 5 hits. The one problem I had was both starters through complete games on only 78 and 85 pitches.

I need to look into the fatigue and ball/strike sliders.

Just played another game, and it was pretty similar. I didn't allow a hit until the middle of the 3rd inning, but overall the game finished pretty good. My pitchers seem like they don't fatigue fast enough, which could be why the CPU isn't hitting the ball very much. I work the count with pretty much every batter, yet I still wind up throwing another 90 or so pitch game. The CPU fatigue might be lowered just slightly as well.

For the two games I'm hitting .262 with 2 homers and a stolen base. I'm very happy with how that's been so far, because I've had a couple of doubles as well and most of my hits have been singles. On the flipside my ERA through two games is only 1, so perhaps raising the CPU contact or something will fix that a little?

I think these sliders have loads of potential. The strikeouts are good on both sides, as well as the final numbers for the most part. Just working out the pitch counts and possible making pitching harder will make them much better. I'll probably make some minor tweaks myslef and use these for my new franchise.

Sorry about that, I've been packing my house for a move from NJ back to NY, so I havent touched my XBox. I have updated the sliders, and will update these today.

Im having the same issues. The problem is that the sliders increment in 5 not 1. I think I've gotten them adjusted better, look for an update today.
