    Does Weather Effect the Game?

I've whipped up some kamikaze sliders where I just went in put everything just on what "made sense" - forget sliders after that, right?

Well, I've only played a few games, but most everything feels good. (I've even seen some animations that I hadn't seen in my previous 50 or so games.) Thing is, scoring is low. But I've always heard that cold weather benefits pitchers, and that hitting tends to "heat up" with warmer temperatures. In each of the three or four games I've played, the temperature has been in the 30's. (I'm at the part of April where there are now night games in cold-weather cities for the first time.)

I don't want to now go in and mess with sliders if I'm seeing low-scoring games because of how cold it has been, but I don't want to "wait around" for it to get warm if in fact what I need to do is move some sliders. Can anyone confirm that weather effects gameplay?

Chances guys who claim a game sucks will cease posting in a forum devoted to that game: 3%

Yes,in the ballpark selection screen it says that weather does have an effect on the game. It says something about wind and temperature too, but I can't remember what.
