    Re: SFGiantsPBA's Sliders

yeah i mean something is wrong here. Ramon Hernandez is my RH hitting catcher who has good power but I've squared and timed 3 pitches in 3 at bats in a row now with him and i've hit three weak squibbed ground balls now.

Gameplay is feeling 'bottled', and I'm up 2-1 in the seventh. Not enough offense with these from what I'm seeing.

Its the same problem over and over again. I can't find a set of sliders that have been developed that give realistic gameplay (its no fault of your own). These are great if you want a bunch of 2-0, 3-1 or 3-2 ballgames with zero home runs.

      Re: SFGiantsPBA's Sliders

The hit totals seems pretty good, just not enough pop/power.

What would moving up the power slider for the USER and AI do in your opinion? and if so how much should it be moved up?

my god this game is something else.
Oh they can but you have to use LS to do so and up the Directional Slider and your set I chose not to use LS.

Ok I'm confused. Where is the directional slider?

Also, do you experience what I'm talking about, where the guys in your lineup who aren't power hitters basically cannot hit for power at all? The guys w/ power can take one off the wall or to the track but not out.

Ok, 80 for the power or 80 for the directional slider?

Also what should the direction slider be set at?

                Thanks!

                  Power 80

Directional start at 50 and work your way down.

                    Re: SFGiantsPBA's Sliders

i hit 3 home runs in a game with the reds and against the mets. actually against maine and then putz i beleive. these sliders are good for the user just need a little but more power for the ai.... they are fine with hitting singles but thats pretty much all they hit.

the only thing i did was put the pitch speed up to 75 cause i was timing the pitches to well.

                      Re: SFGiantsPBA's Sliders

I hit a HR with Khalil Greene with your sliders, SFG. The sample sizes are way too small to say that the HR rates are off. I am still very pleases with my offense with these sliders.

I will say that I might need to figure out how tweak these for use with Classic Pitching, as I am getting hammered.
