Which sliders most effectively improve pitch speed variation?

I've found that fastballs and changeups are just too close together to be effective. Online, the changeup almost can't be thrown because of this. Are there sliders that address this?

I would try around 85ish up to 100. You really start almost cheating on the fastball if they are in the mid 80's and start guessing and sitting on a pitch at 100.
