    taming CPU offense

    can someone please give me some pointers on how to tame the over aggressive cpu batters. they seem to swing at everything that comes close to them. when i play a game the CPU averages about 15-20 hits a game. im using BFJ sliders

    You need to stop throwing it in the zone so much. Try throwing pitches for a ball a few times an at bat.

      Yeah and I would say to anybody do not throw very many fastballs and barely any in the zone if you can help it.. That is 4 seam ones anyway. I throw about 15 - 18% fastballs on average, even when i have a pitcher with only 3 pitches. Also I never throw fastballs on the first pitch, especially in the zone. I try to throw fastballs JUST before and after slower pitches.
